Technical Problems and Repair Service

If you have a technical problem with one of our products, or want to send a product for service or repair, you can contact our technical team at tech@bmbelectronics.nl.

In your description of the question or problem please be as specific as possible, so we can help you as soon as possible. Please email us the completely filled out RMA return document, which you can download here.

Based on your input our technical team might decide to offer direct service by supporting you online, sending parts, or recall the product for service or replacement in our technical service department in one of our branches. Read our RMA Procedure here.
