BMB is a family owned and managed business with our head office in the beautiful Dutch countryside, in the small town of Veen, North Brabant, where we own our own head office building. This houses our sales office, technical services, training facility and large warehouse.

There are many choices of custom and AV suppliers today, offering a myriad of different brands, so why should you choose to work with the BMB team instead of other companies?
While brands come and go in terms of popularity, price or performance we believe it’s important that companies work with people they can trust and who can be relied on to deliver good solutions, good service and fair prices.

In the custom AV business the old saying ‘the service is remembered long after the price is forgotten’ is still very true. In an industry like ours that relies on referrals and repeat business from our customers its imperative that professional long term service can be provided, sometimes years after the sale is made.

BMB is a family owned business. The owners and managers of our company all live right here, not on the other side of the world. Because they built our business based on gaining the trust of our customers they have a vested interest in making sure that our customers are always happy with what we do. This is our only business, and we ‘stand or fall’ based on the way we take care of you, our customers.

We don’t get it right every time of course, but we do try hard!
So, to try and keep it simple, here’s our '6S' commitment:
#1. Stability: BMB is a family owned company not a faceless global corporation. The owners and managers of our company work here too, and care about our customers needs more than anything else.
#2. Service: Our team has many, many years of experience to call on, whether its integration support, technical questions or service and repairs. Why trust your business to companies who seem to know less than you about the products that you sell?
#3. Stock. Lots and lots of stock. BMB has one of the largest inventories in the custom integration and A/V business – millions of Euro. We keep high stocks so you don’t have to.
#4. Solutions: Brands may come and go, but we pride ourselves on being able to deliver effective solutions to whatever your custom and AV product needs may be.
#5. Shipping We aim to keep 95% of all of the thousands of product lines we keep in stock at all times. Our goal is that we ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.
#6. Sensible Distribution: Not all products suit all customers, and we try to match the right products to the right resellers and installers. We think its right that our products are only sold by installers and resellers who can offer the correct level of service and support to their customers.
